Because each set is custom-made to order, all sales are final.

I do not accept returns or exchanges, but if there is an issue with your order, please reach out so I can help.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.

After this window, your order may already be in progress and cannot be canceled.

Custom Design Policy

Each set is handmade and inspired by the photos, notes, and details you provide.

Please note:

• Designs are inspired by your references, not exact replicas
• Slight variations may occur
• Artistic interpretation is part of the custom process

Sizing Policy

Each set is sized using the photos you provide.

Because sizing is photo-based, slight fit variations may occur depending on photo angle, nail shape, and natural nail beds.

Application & Wear

Pressed by Mercedes is not responsible for damage caused by improper application, removal, or misuse.

For best results, follow the included prep, application, and removal instructions.

Right to Refuse Service

Pressed by Mercedes reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that are unclear, conflicting, outside of offered services, or cannot reasonably be fulfilled.
