Returns & Refunds

Because each Pressed by Mercedes nail set is handmade and made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or design preferences after an order has been completed.

Sizing

Nail sizes are determined by Pressed by Mercedes using the sizing photos submitted with your order. To ensure the most accurate fit possible, customers are responsible for providing clear sizing photos that follow the instructions provided during the ordering process.

Sizing is determined based on the information visible in the submitted photos. If the photos are unclear or additional information is needed, we may contact you before beginning your set.

Because press-on nails are handmade and individual nail shapes can vary, a perfectly identical fit cannot always be guaranteed. If you believe there has been a sizing error on our part, please contact us so we can review your submitted sizing photos and work with you to resolve the issue.

Custom Designs

Colors, patterns, and hand-painted details may vary slightly from reference photos or digital images. These small variations are part of the handmade nature of each set.

For custom orders, design details should be discussed and approved before production begins. Once a custom design has been approved and production has started, design changes may not be possible.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders may be canceled for a full refund only if production has not yet begun.

Once work on your nail set has started, the order cannot be canceled or refunded.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an item different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and include photos of the issue.

If the issue was caused by an error on our part, we will work with you to make it right through an appropriate replacement or refund.
