Processing Time

Each set is handmade to order with attention to every detail.

Processing time varies depending on design complexity and current order volume, but typically ranges from a few days up to a couple of weeks.

Please note:

  • Processing time does not include shipping or delivery time
  • Luxe and highly detailed sets may require additional time

If you need your order by a specific date, please reach out before placing your order!

Shipping

Orders are shipped once your set is complete.

Shipping options and delivery times will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Shipping times are determined by the carrier and are outside of my control
  • I am not responsible for delays once your package has been handed off to the carrier

Local Delivery (Boise Area) 

Local to the Boise area? Hand delivery is available at checkout!

Delivery is offered in three zones based on distance:

  • Hand Delivery (Boise Area) — $5
  • Extended Delivery — $10
  • Outer Area Delivery — $15

Once your order is ready, I will reach out to coordinate a convenient delivery time.

Delivery is:

  • contactless
  • scheduled after your order is complete
  • completed within the selected delivery zone

Delivery Notes

  • Delivery availability is based on distance and may not be available for all locations
  • If you are unsure whether you fall within a delivery zone, please reach out before ordering
  • Local delivery does not change processing time

To keep things efficient, deliveries may be grouped and completed on scheduled days.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.

I am not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once your order has been shipped, it is in the hands of the carrier.

If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
